This past week I learned how to use the magic wand tool. This tool allows someone to erase the background of a photo to add it on to another layer without accidentally erasing something.
Over this week I learned many things in photoshop. One big thing that I learned in photoshop is the magnetic lasso tool. This tool works like magic, it can select the parts that you lasso and delete specific backgrounds.
This week, I learned how to use magnetic lasso tool to cut a photo and crop it to make a new layer. This allows the user to put images or text between the two layers and helps with the design of the photo.
Over the week I learned how to cut out parts of photos, shading/bolding, and photoshopping a picture on another layer. I also learned many different layers and how they're properly used. The class also learned how to use the tools in the tool bar.
This week I have learned how to use the magnetic lasso tool, this tool has helped me outline an object in an image and paste the object into another image.
One feature in photoshop I learned how to use this week was the lasso tool. I used the lasso tool along with the feature to zoom in in order to be very specific with what pixels I delete in the image. I would zoom in very closely on an image and then use the lasso tool to select the specific pixels I wanted to delete, delete them, and then I would zoom back out and the image would look better.
